• Review the academic calendar for course registration (enrollment) to verify the date on which you must complete your enrollment.
• Online enrollment is completed by accessing each student's personal page on the web portal (Log In) or by clicking the following link: https://appwfpc.ups.edu.ec/mat/, where you must log in using your institutional username and password.
• We recommend using the following web browsers: Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, or Safari.
• The electronic invoice will be sent to your institutional email address. If you require the invoice to be issued in another person's name, remember to enter the requested information before submitting your enrollment.

Remember that the documents required for course registration for new students are:

National Students:

• A legible color copy of your national identity card.
• A notarized copy of your high school diploma or graduation certificate, or a provisional certificate confirming that you are completing the final year of high school. The certificate must indicate the name of the educational institution and the name of the high school qualification to be awarded.
• A color copy of the voting certificate for Ecuadorian applicants who are of legal age.
• One color passport-size photograph.

International Students:

• A legible color copy of your valid passport.
• A notarized copy of your high school diploma obtained abroad, recognized or officially validated by the Ministry of Education of Ecuador; or apostilled if the applicant resides outside Ecuador.

• One color passport-size photograph

The documents detailed in section 1 must be scanned in PDF format and in color to be uploaded at the time of registration.
