• Review the academic calendar for course registration (enrollment) to verify the date on which you must enroll.

• Online enrollment is carried out by accessing each student's personal page on the web portal (Log In) or by clicking the following link: https://appwfpc.ups.edu.ec/mat/, where you must log in using your institutional username and password.

• The following web browsers are recommended: Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, and Safari.

• The electronic invoice will be sent to your institutional email address. If you require the invoice to be issued in another person's name, remember to enter the requested information before submitting your enrollment.

Remember that the documents required for course registration for new students are:

National Students:

• A clear, color copy of the national identity card.

• A notarized copy of the high school diploma or graduation certificate, or a provisional certificate confirming that the student is completing the final year of high school. The certificate must indicate the name of the educational institution and the title to be obtained.

• A color copy of the voting certificate for Ecuadorian applicants who are of legal age.

• One color passport-size photograph.

International Students:

• A clear, color copy of a valid passport.
• A notarized copy of the high school diploma obtained abroad, recognized or officially validated by Ecuador's Ministry of Education; or apostilled if the applicant resides outside Ecuador.
• One color passport-size photograph.

The documents detailed in section 1 must be scanned in PDF format and in color to be uploaded at the time of registration.

Payment methods:

• For domestic students, you can pay your tuition in a single payment or in up to 6 installments.
• For international students, there is only one payment due.
